These photos were a combination of shots from the Austin Kite Festival – one of Sheridan Rose’s favorite opportunities to shoot, and some vignette still pieces from her backyard. The parrot was in San Antonio at the Rain Forest Cafe. The idea of melding them all into a collection came from the inspiration that nature gives her, and the way that birds and twigs are constant companions.
